Oh yes! In her autobio one of the nuggets I have gotten out of it is, "You take care of the quantity, let God take care of the quality." I have SO worked like this before, once I stop and think about it, but right now I need that breakthrough! LOL

The bits that you highlighted definitely define my gratefulness journal. Thanks for sharing. You are always an encouragement to me, sister.

I've read that book, too, and learned a lot from it.

Some great points...and yes that Higher power stuff...a bit of garbage IMHO....but indeed some very good points.

I loved your insight especially these words;
"I am purposing to listen to the same Spirit He listened to when He walked this earth. Who are you listening to?"

I honestly never considered this after 30 years following Jesus I just never once thought about I was trying to listen to the same Spirit as He did when he walked this earth! DUH...thank you a hundred fold because this is exactly what I needed at this very moment in my struggle to NOT listen to the other spirit beat me up...I am a child of God who can walk side by side with the Father...Thank YOu!

I learned a lot from that book as well and totally agree with you that we want to make sure we are writing what we hear from the Lord, not just any higher power. It's His words written through us that make the difference in people's lives.
