Leah and I spent some time in the kitchen this morning making
this Wildflower Inn Blueberry Jam recipe from the Fresh and Easy
special edition of Cooking Light magazine. We are looking forward
to eating it on toast and, as, my favorite, syrup on pancakes.
John thinks it would be good on ice cream too...yummm...
I have really enjoyed trying some of the recipes in this magazine
the last couple of weeks.
The Zucchini Basil Lasagna was very tasty, as was the Sesame Chile Chicken.
The Shrimp Fettuccine was so so...and more calories too!
