gettin' down to business

I know this picture is full of noise....but I love his expression....
ran Bella's  Bundle --Perfect Pastel action on it...

finally

although the picture's not very good of him...got a little close and need less depth of field...I FINALLY found a willing subject to photograph!!!

what a winning smile.....

I know...I know....pure corn!!

Here are some other shots I got yesterday....

yikes...a little over sharpened...maybe...need to tone down my web sharpening...perhaps....

These last two were shot in my neighbor's yard...I really needed a macro lens to get them better...but the bees were phenomenal...they had pulled the spikes off the stamen, as you see in the petal and were hovering over them to get the pollen...very neat....

I really don't want to limit myself to photographing nature, but it seems I get a lot of very nice shots when I go out looking...

I love these; I only wish I would have had a macro lens....

I know this picture is a little funny ...mouth open.....etc

I'm not loving the crop on this...and when I get the skin tone #s to line up the hair doesn't...and I had a lamp on...aaarrrrg...see the cast on her shoulder with the hint of a shadow behind.......just messing around with assignment #4   : )
